Start-up, independent, full-service Broker Dealer/Registered Investment Advisor is searching for a aggressive, talented Operations Manager. Our firm wants an professional with three-to-five years experience running operations to oversee firm’s back office and branch services. Compensation will be determined by experience. Firms offers outstanding benefit package and 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor data administration
• Office administration
• Support services for the B/D 

Requirements:

• FINRA Series 7, 24 licenses
• Proven track record of leadership and management
• Extensive industry and investment knowledge
• Experience working with a start-up or small firm
